If any medication is required at school, parents must provide a written request to the school and send medication clearly setting out the dosage and frequency of dosage.

Students requiring treatment for Asthma are required to have their own Asthma medication at school labelled clearly. All children using Asthma medication must have their own spacer to use at school.  An Asthma Plan must also be submitted at the beginning of each year.

Students with Anaphylaxis will be required to have an Action Plan and an Epipen clearly labelled at school to be used if required.

All medication will be stored in the  First Aid Room and given under teacher supervision.
