Reporting

The current system of reporting to parents on the progress of children involves at least four communications – two written reports and two Parent/Teacher Interviews. In addition to these opportunities, parents or teachers may choose to arrange interviews at mutually convenient times should such be considered necessary.

Term 2 -

  • The first Parent/Teacher Interview for the year are held early in Term 2. This offers an opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss the student's progress.
  • Formal written reports are sent home at the end of Term Two.

Term 4 -

  • The second Parent/Teacher Interview for the year are held early in Term 4. This offers another opportunity for parents and teachers to discuss the student's progress.
  • Formal written reports are sent towards the end of Term Four.
