At St.Leo's we are very proud of our Buddy program. Each Grade Prep student is paired with a Grade Six student to ensure a smooth transition into the first year of school. Other grade levels are assigned class buddy grades, which get together during special events throughout the year.

The children spend time together both in and out of the classroom completing a variety of activities to build a positive and rewarding relationship.

St Leo's is a recognised  "Better Buddies " school in conjunction with the Alannah and Madeline Foundation. Better Buddies promotes the values of caring, friendliness, respect, valuing differences, including others and responsibility in line with our Social and Emotional Learning.
